Situated on a
western hill overlooking the snow-clad peaks belonging
to the Great Himalayan Ranges, Gorkha was the former
capital of the un-united west Nepal before or till the
17th century. It houses two attractive Hindu temples of
Lord Gorakhnath and Goddess Kali. It is the birth-place
of late King Prithbi Narayan Shah-the sole Propounder of
Modern Nepal. It is to be well acknowledged that late
King Prithbi Narayan Shah was the last monarch of Gorkha

Mankamana consuming in fact a trek of 4 hours is
suggestive because it turns out to be very interesting
and enjoyable. The world famous Gorkha mercenaries hail
